Tropicalia Citra
Big hops in this fifth edition of our Tropicalia Series. The upfront sweet, citrus character of the Citra hops packs a wallop in this edition. Fruity, bold, and drinkable, a wonderful IPA that gives you the hops through and through. 6.6 ABV

An excellently balanced ale. Pouring a beautiful auburn color, with a mildly sweet and floral nose. Twain Wreck’s malt backbone is tempered by the evident hops. A wonderful glass of beer. 8.4% ABV
Twain’s announces new homebrewer’s challenge!
The First Annual Lights vs. Darks Homebrew Competition
Twain’s is offering Atlanta homebrewers the chance to compete for the opportunity to brew their beer at our brewery and have it served in-‐house to the public.
As the name suggests, this competition will focus on both light and dark beers. Judges will choose their favorite of each and the brewer(s) of the two winning beers will spend a day brewing their recipe in-‐house along with Twain’s brewers David Stein and Chase Medlin.
Submissions must be all-‐grain with a sufficient recipe to back it up. There is no limitation on style or number of beers submitted. Simply, light beers will range from golden to amber and dark beers from brown to black.
Brewers are required to submit three 12oz. bottles of each beer submitted. Bottles must be labeled in some way with a beer name, style, and contact information. All beers must be submitted to the brewery at Twain’s by Monday, June 25th @ 6pm.

The Tropicalia Project
HOPHEADS ALERT — Among the new offerings from our brewery, we are excited to be exploring the wild side of hops through an ongoing brewing adventure we are calling The Tropicalia Project. With each batch of Tropicalia IPA, David and Chase choose a different hop varietal, the fruitycitrusystickier the better. Generously dry-hopped, each version of Tropicalia IPA features the distinct character of the featured hop, from nose to mouth. Participate in the Project with us by trying each new batch, and let us know what you think!

Proudly Serving Brasstown Beef
We are happy to feature Brasstown Beef in our burgers. Brasstown Beef, located up the road in Brasstown NC, uses two breeds, Braunveigh and Angus raised without antibiotics or added hormones and is dry aged for increased flavor and tenderness. Twain’s treats this beef minimally adding just salt and pepper before cooking.
We truly love this beef, and are sure that you will love our new Huckburger, knowing that you are receiving a fresh locally sourced meat.
