This unfiltered IPA is brewed with judicious amounts of wheat and is unfiltered to preserve the wonderful aroma. Hop Haise pours a golden yellow with a rich and creamy white head. Our second iteration of Dark Matter consists of a Chilean roasted malt, German toasted malt and hops from New Zealand and the US. This world traveler is in honor of Garrett Sever who helped in honing the craft of brewing as a mentor to our head brewer. Hops: Pacific Jade, Nugget, Amarillo

Clara’s Chestnut Brown Ale, 6.0%
Worry not – the nut brown ale offered here contains no nuts. Mahogany in color, the flavor of walnuts and chestnuts comes purely from the malt. This is paired with hints of toasted bread, caramel and chocolate.
Slide Rule Pale Ale taps in at 6.6%. Bordering on IPA This robust pale has rich nose of honey tangerine and grapefruit. Smooth mouthfeel with a punch of citrus hops and a pithrusy dry lingering finish.
This single batch vintage ale pours black in color and has the familiar gingerbread spice notes with candied ginger and hints of vanilla, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. There is a soft and subtle chocolatey undertone that marries with the creamy mouthfeel and bready malt. Get this beer while you can in order to usher in the holiday season. Limited release
This beer style goes by many names: the oxymoronic “Black IPA” (India PALE Ale), Cascadian Dark Ale or American Black Ale. Regardless of what you call it, there is a softer more rounded hop character to this than a typical IPA. Moderate citrus notes pair with a touch of dark toasted bread while the creamy mouthfeel really softens the perceived bitterness.

Changing the Guard Oatmeal Stout starts with a waft of black coffee, a touch of apple fruitiness and a deep toasted bread note. Hints of dark chocolate with a soft smooth creaminess from the oats and a light earthiness from the hops. The finish is semi-dry with a touch of dark dried fruits: dates, figs and raisin lingering. 6.1% ABV.
This aggressive IPA packs a punch with hop flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, and orange with a hint of ripened tropical fruit finishing off with grapefruit zest at the back palate. There is a spicy malt undertone with a toasty and bready backbone. This IPA has a crisp, dry finish with a touch of bitter bite. 7.1% ABV.

A collaboration with our friends at Intelligentsia Coffee, this silky oatmeal brown was blended with Intelligentsia cold brew coffee to create this well balanced delight!
Brewed with our friends at the Square Pub to celebrate their 6th Annual Chile Roast, this dry-hopped lager was infused with roasted Hatch chile peppers to create this perfectly balanced pepper beer. Not too spicy and oh-so-good, it’s definitely not to be missed.
Twain’s is looking for next Head Brewer
Twain’s Brewpub and Billiards will soon bid farewell to our longtime brewer, Chase Medlin. Chase will be opening Locomotion Brewing Co. in Chamblee next year. As Twain’s head brewer he has maintained a superb line-up of core beers as well as treating us to unique seasonals and one-offs. Twain’s wishes Chase all the best, and thank him for his work during the past six years.
We now begin the search for a new brewer who will write the next chapter in the Twain’s brewing story.

We designed and brewed our newest collaboration with our friend Jarrett Stieber, chef of local pop-up restaurant EatMeSpeakMe in Candler Park. This Mild was brewed with traditional English ingredients in addition to fresh ginger, lemon, sorrel, and mint. It is luscious, crisp, and healthy! 5.2% ABV
Our Belgian yeast strain ripped through this beer like a hungry savage. As a result, our Savage is fragrant, refreshing, and delicious, with a floral flavor and aroma with light notes of clove and spice 5.0%ABV
While brewing our River Sunset Amber, we realized that one of our specialty malts must’ve been darker than usual when we started filling the kettle and it was a lovely brown hue instead of amber. So, on the fly, we picked ourselves up by our bootstraps, changed the recipe, and made this delicious balanced brown ale. Enjoy!

The second edition of our Ten Snakes series was infused with grapefruit and fresh ginger to create this light refreshing Spring beer. The grapefruit and ginger were both lightly dosed to give subtle but present accents, and base beer is dry and light on the palate. A great patio beer for this lovely weather. ABV 5.4%

This dark, delicious, delight was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at My Parents Basement and our local coffee roasted Beaneology. We brewed a rich roast stout, and blended it with Nicaraguan espresso and cold brewed coffee. 5.5% ABV
In the spirit of Atlanta Craft Beer Week, we brewed this big double IPA to rock your face with juicy hop goodness. At a whopping 9.7% ABV, Rumor has a nice malt backbone, and big hop flavor and aroma showcasing Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops
Our latest collaboration with friends far and wide. Bearded Iris Brewing (TN) and Ryujin Brewery (Japan), helped make this sake-ale hybrid, fusing old world sake brewing traditions with modern craft brewing methods. Ayame was brewed with rice and barley in the mash, a light dose of Japanese Sorachi Ace hops in the kettle, koji (malted rice) in the fermenter, and a blend of ale and sake yeasts, making a unique dry sake-ale..6.8% ABV.
Red Wine Oak Barrel Aged
Brewed in 2014 to celebrate 19 years, we aged the Bronze Age Imperial Porter in a red wine barrel for over 10 months creating this decadent this decadent delight! It has great balance and exudes the character of both the rich porter and the red wine. 9.2% ABV.
This fun and interesting blend called for equal parts Four Count Pale Ale and Sentiment Saison, with fresh guava blended to accent the fruity notes 5.7% ABV

Our latest collaboration beer, brewed with friends a the Virginia Brewing Company. This Imperial Brown was brewed with oatmeal, maple syrup, and local coffee from Java Vino as well as Aromas from Williamsburg VA. This is a rich beer, singing with roasted coffee with a mouthfeel that allows it to linger and please. 9.5% ABV
Lightly aged in a Willet Bourbon barrel, this winter stout features seven different malts. BAGNS pours a deep black with a rich tan head. Its creamy body empowers the sweetness and roasted malt flavors with hints of oak and bourbon. A wonderful treat for dark beer lovers.
