Kitchen Manager- POSITION FILLED

Twain’s is looking for a new kitchen manager.

Candidates should have managerial experience, including all aspects of kitchen operation:

  • hiring
  • ordering
  • inventory
  • cost/quality control
  • training and regular supervision
  • scheduling
  • and menu development.

We particularly want an innovative and energetic leader with passion for fresh, creative, and affordable food.  Candidate should also have understanding of and passion for creating a menu with emphasis on local and sustainable dishes.  Knowledge of beer and beer pairings also needed.  Strong communication skills a must; honest, respectful, clear, willingness to listen and learn from others as well as lead by example.  Sense of humor, youthful curiosity, and desire to be part of a creative and dynamic team also required.
