Ben Halter, our winner of the “Darkside” Homebrew Challenge, was inspired by a Puerto Rican holiday cocktail.  This sweet stout was conditioned with rum soaked vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.  The spices are complimentary to the wonderful roast and malty sweetness.  7.6% ABV.
