Our second iteration of Dark Matter consists of a Chilean roasted malt, German toasted malt and hops from New Zealand and the US. This world traveler is in honor of Garrett Sever who helped in honing the craft of brewing as a mentor to our head brewer. Hops: Pacific Jade, Nugget, Amarillo
