George Brett. 100% Brett Fermented Hoppy Ale.

This is an incredibly complex beer, and we love it! This was fermented with Brett Brux in a wine barrel and dry hopped with Citra and Galaxy. If you've never had a Brett IPA before, this will knock your socks off. Tasting notes include wheat flour, saltine crackers, baking bread dough, yuzu fruit, dried orange wheels, geranium pedals, forest floor, and some funky brett notes. Like many of the finest things in life, this is an acquired taste and once you develop that, eternal satisfaction shall be yours. 6.3% abv.
