We took a break from making this beer for a while, and we heard the clamor to bring it back! Fresh, bright and complex, the fermentation on this beer brings out all sorts of interesting notes, ranging from juicy ripe pear to bubblegum and cardamom to vanilla sugar; all without using a single one of those ingredients! Sneaky strong, be careful this beer is dangerously smooth yet packs a punch. 9% abv.
