We took to the brewhouse to accept Mark Twain's challenge of brewing a good quality, all-malt version of a Premium American Lager. You'll notice more malt flavor balanced by the choicest of hops for a clean and bright finish, despite avoiding all beechwood during the aging process. We left the corn and rice in the kitchen, where it belongs "I'm a Wiser Man because of this beer!" - Mark Twain 4.6% abv.
